We are so thrilled to offer these products online after much encouragement from our enthusiastic customers over the years. We want you to enjoy our products at their best so we only ship with refrigerator packs even if not required. The refrigerator pack may or may not arrive frozen - if it is liquid form it has been working hard to keep the product at its peak. Please consume or refrigerate meats immediately upon receipt. If your salami or other cured products are soft when they arrive, refrigeration should help them become firm again.

All standard orders will be sent within 5 days of the order being placed and arrive within 3 days of shipment. We want to ensure that your product stays at its peak therefore we do not ship on Thursdays or Fridays or do we ship to PO Boxes. For timely delivery, we also recommend a daytime office address and phone number.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you experience a problem with any of our products, service, or shipping within the 30 days— please let us know. We'll do whatever it takes to make it right for you.
As well, we cannot replace or refund orders that were shipped, delayed, spoiled or returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address.
